02 / Principles
Fast, not rushed.
AI agents write alongside me. Every change is still read, tested and reviewed before it ships.
Built to hand over.
Documented code another developer can pick up, and admin screens your team runs without one. You’re never locked in to me.
Ask first.
Keyhold’s AI assistant stages every change for a person to confirm. This site has no cookie banner because it sets no cookies: check your receipt below.

04 / About
I learned to code in 2016 and never stopped: courses, practice, and long evenings on Stack Overflow before a problem gave in. Today AI finds the answer in minutes, but the thinking is still the job: understanding the problem, and deciding where AI belongs in a system and where it doesn’t.
How I build
- First
- The data model and what happens when things fail. Screens come last.
- Structure
- One well-structured application with clear module boundaries, split only when there is a reason to.
- Integrations
- Each outside system behind its own boundary, with retries, a circuit breaker and a log to reconcile against.
- Data
- Migrations that keep every row. Imports that show a preview first and can be undone.
- With AI
- A written spec, a plan, then agents. Every change reviewed and tested before it merges.
